Rigger Level III

A Rigger Level III possesses the knowledge and skills to inspect rigging before use, identify and attach rigging using basic hitch configurations, recognize associated hazards, and signal operations, and utilize various types of rigging equipment and basic hitches.

The Rigger Level III Training program focuses on the following areas:

Understanding the scope of rigging activities.

Technical knowledge is required for rigging operations.

Causes and prevention of rigging accidents.
Proper crane set-up.
